Our role is to act as an intermediary, connecting you with VARA-approved OTC service providers for the execution of financial transactions.

2. Scope of Services
We do not engage directly in the execution of OTC transactions nor handle any funds related to such transactions. Our services are limited to:

Providing advisory services related to OTC transactions.
Facilitating introductions between you and our network of approved OTC service providers.

3. Partnerships and Providers
Our OTC transaction services are conducted through partnerships with third-party service providers who are independently operated and regulated under the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA). We ensure that all our partners maintain valid VARA approval but do not bear responsibility for their operations or compliance.

4. Client Acknowledgement
By utilizing our OTC transaction facilitation services, you acknowledge that:

We are not a party to the actual transactions conducted by VARA-approved OTC service providers.
We do not assume liability for any financial transactions or their outcomes.
It is your responsibility to perform due diligence on the OTC service providers and agree to their specific terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Bitcoin World shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of transactions facilitated through our service introductions, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bitcoin World and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our OTC transaction facilitation services.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
